37 year old male; 6'2" tall; 185 pounds; non-smoker; excellent physical health; no hospitalizations; rarely get sick and only then its sinus/allergies; consume average of four to six cups of coffee in the morning; drink water in the afternoon; social drinker only - average four drinks per month; good diet - only fish, pork, and chicken; no red meat; eat veggies; no sodas; daily vitamin only.
I noticed in the past couple of weeks that I've had sharp, stabbing pain in my testicles while having a bowel movement. At first, I thought it was related to masturbation because I haven't had sex in about six months (I'm divorced and not dating) so I went pretty crazy one weekend - maybe about five times in a couple of days. So, I slacked off and that didn't help.
So, I thought it was pants/belt that was too tight. Maybe it was squeezing everything too much so I bought bigger sizes (from 32" waist to 36" waist). That hasn't helped although I feel more comfortable.
Then, I thought it was the weather; maybe it was too cold and my testicles are just "tightening" up or something and its just a reaction. So, I turned up the heat in the house (I was turning it off at night) to remain a constant temperature and that hasn't helped.
So, now its starting to freak me out a little bit. I've read a little on the topic and gathered everything from a vitamin b-12 deficiency to prostatitis to caffeine intake (I did drink a lot of sweet tea when this first started but it seems like this should have went away by now). I can't get to a doctor because I just started a new job and can't get the time off. Help! :-(
