I have frustrating nocturia from Lipitor -- do other statins cause fewer problems ?

I have never had trouble sleeping through the night -- until my doctor prescribed Lipitor (atorvastatin). My cardiologist tells me that I need a statin for my cardiac health, but now I only get 4-5 hours of sleep at night before I need to get up and pee. Than, I only get back to sleep about 1/3 of the time. Lack of sleep robs me of energy, and makes me irritable -- not good ! Does anyone know about the side-effects of other statins that I might take instead ? Do some of them have less effect on bladder, or are they all problematic. I'm doing my part: I do not eat or drink for at least 2.5 hours before bed, I avoid alcohol, tea, and coffee. Any advice gratefully welcomed -- my cardiologist only cares about my heart, not concerned about my bladder and sleeping .... Thanks !
