someone pleasee help me out!

last night when i went to the bathroom, it burned really bad when i peed, but the feeling was odd. I felt like it didnt just burn, but like something was about to come out besides just pee, it was an awful feeling. I cant exactly describe it, i guess you could say it felt like my bladder was falling out. Also, when i wiped it was like a pink color, but the color was normal in the toilet. That only happened twice last night, but that burning feeling, and the bladder falling feeling is still happening, even right now, it burns even after im done in the bathroom, like if im just sitting down. I dont know what to do about this. Also, i havent gotten my period in 2 months either. I thought it could be pregnancy, but all my tests were negative and now this is happening. recently for the past couple weeks ive also been having really bad upper leg cramps, sometimes it would last all day. and im having a little trouble sleeping. I dont know if this has anything to do with what im describing, but id really appreciate any help i could get, im kind of worried about this, not to mention its a little painful.

Hi,
Do you also feel you have to pass urine more often?
Are your periods usually regular or vary over a specific range of days, such as 30-45 days?
You could be having a urinary tract infection.
The incidence of a urinary tract infection increases with pregnancy.

You need to visit your doctor at the earliest to identify the root cause of your symptoms and if having a UTI, you will be prescribed a course of antibiotics.

Do you have any pain in the lower back or in your side?
If yes, you could also have kidney stones which could cause the pain in your legs.

Meanwhile you can do the following:

Drink at least 2000 ml of fluids per day (8 glasses).
Drink cranberry juice and other citrus juices.
Increase intake of calcium by consuming calcium-containing foods, such as, milk and yoghurt.
Take tylenol for the pain every 6-8 hours. Do not continue this medication for more than 3 days without consulting your doctor.
Use a heating pad for the back pain and cramps.
Maintain hygiene. Always wipe from front to back.
Avoid the use of any chemicals or irritating substance at the urethral opening and surrounding area.

Do keep us posted on your doubts and progress.
Regards
