Penile discharge?

Hi, i've noticed once or twice in the last 4-5 weeks that sometimes before/after i urinate or sometimes at random theres a tiny amount of discharge, I'm a virgin but everything I read leads this to being clamidia or ghonnerha. its a very tiny amount, a clear visual and a little sticky. What does this sound like? Should I be worried?

Hello,
Sorry replied to an earlier questin first. There is nothing to worry about because such fluid during urination can be due to prostatic secretion or seminal fluid. If the fluid is foul smelling then infections need to be ruled out. In that case a urologist needs to be consulted.
I hope it helps. Take care and regards.

Hello,
It can be due to balanitis. Oral course of antibiotics is needed. In addition, don’t use any cosmetics on the penis, instead use some topical antimicrobials like Bacitracin or Lotrimin. Also corticosteroids and topical immunosuppressants can be used but they are available under prescription. Also retract the foreskin daily and soak in warm water to clean penis and foreskin. In case the symptoms persist then please consult a urologist/dermatologist for evaluation and antimicrobials and steroids prescription.

I hope it helps. Take care and regards.
