I think what your medical friend probably said was penile melanosis.  Which is not melanoma.  It's a common thing and harmless. https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/327189   Melanoma (skin cancer) is extremely rare on the penis.

I also checked my urologist, he seen and tell me it's not cancer but he didn't tell clearly what's that. He give me some test like urination and CBC, also some pills for urine burn symptoms
I'm from HINDU religion, where we don't do circumcision during childhood so according to WHO people with phimosis have high risk of melanoma yet you are right even with high risk that's to less compare to population level.
There is not a high rate of melanoma in Hindu culture.  Being circumcised or not does not impact risk. Remember, melanoma is not 'penis cancer' but cancer of the skin. Risks of melanoma are pretty well known with the main one being exposure to UV light (outside).  Penises aren't outside getting sun rays that often. :))  And another risk factor is fair skin.  Another risk factor is advanced age. I can tell you are anxious but would not at all worry about cancer. And you've had that confirmed by a urologist.  Copy and paste the link I gave you.  It very likely is just some harmless and normal happenings.  It is likely completely separate if you had a  urinary tract infection or burning when urinating.  You likely took antibiotics for that if they found bacteria in your urine.
Thanks, and yes I know that but how I say in deep down of my mind I'm just so much anxious like suddenly you see spot and penis then after year you got pain during urination. That's why all bad thoughts coming to my mind but yet thanks for your valuable time, I appreciate your help and time you gave to me.
I have questions, I'm having discomfort ,irritation, and Bruning after doing musterbation and urine, what is it? UTI? Or sexual transmit problem, my doctor gave me 5 days of medication, but still burning not gone away or neither I seen any progress. Now today I'm going for tests that he given to me, let's see what happen.
That's called an anxiety disorder. And I'd get it under control now before it grows. Don't play doctor to yourself.  It's not melanoma. That's what you were asking about, the spots, correct?  You've been to a doctor. If they gave you antibiotics, they found bacteria in your urine.  People get UTI's.  If the antibiotics don't take care of it, go back to the doctor.
