Testlecle penis pain
I have been havein testcle and penis pain for a year now infection and had a ultra sound which all come back normal,also get twitching in my testicles to any ideas wats cousing it.
I'm glad you went to the doctor. That's the best thing to do. They have no further ideas for you? There is something called orchialgia. It is chronic testicular pain without a known reason. They now block a nerve to cut down on it which is a surgical procedure. I believe it is new and done at the Cleveland Clinic and Mayo. But I'd see a neurologist. I'd go back to a urologist and see if you they can come up with more ideas and if you need to see a neurologist as well since you have twitching which can often be nerve related.
