Possible injury

I had originally posted a question related to this in the STD forum, but I realize that it does not apply, so here is my situation. I was at a strip club, and got a lap dance. Let me explain that I was fully clothed, and sitting with my legs spread. During the last minute or so, the stripper gyrated back and forth simulating sex. I was not erect as I had a little too much to drink. Anyway, I could more or less feel my penis just kind of flopping around in my underwear. No biggie I thought. Then 2 days later I woke up and my penis was a bit sore all around the head. It has been 3 full days now and it is still sore. More when it gets rubbed in my underwear, but there is a full sort of pain. I know she was gyrating pretty good, but I was not erect, so I assume I could not have broke/ruptured it. However I am getting concerned. Is it possible that I was too drunk to notice how hard she was gyrating? Could there be some nerve damage, or something. At some points it almost feels like it's sunburnt, or something like that. I have read articles that state that you need to see a urologist ASAP to avoid permenant damage. Should I be concerned, or just give it a couple more days? I can't see any bruising or visible damage, but it is my penis, so I'm a little worried. Can't get into my doctor for a few days.

Thank you for your response! It is actually a bit better, and I should be able to get in with my family Doctor before the end of the week. I've definitely learned my lesson with regards to this, and hopefully the injury is superficial, and not a chronic injury. I guess time will tell, but it appears to be healing.

Hi there!

Well, without a detailed clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of your symptoms. Possibilities that may need to be considered include frictional trauma, muscular injuries/ fracture etc. Though this does not sound like nerve damage, I would suggest getting this evaluated by a primary care physician or a urologist for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management.
Hope this is helpful.

Take care!
