Sex Drive Gone! and More! Need Help?

I’m 53, 5’11”, 265 lbs. (lost about 20 lbs last year). As you can see below I have been thru a lot, taking a lot of medicine. My main concern is my sex drive is gone. It has been declining for years. Especially since I started have so many surgeries since 2006. I’ve been reading sites for years and realized the problem. My GP has been telling me my T level was fine. Back before my Spine fusion in 2010, my surgeon told me that all my symptoms sounded like low T and suggested a Urol. He checked everything out and said it was very low. He started me on Test. (see below). After about the 2-3 injection I felt great, my wife felt better :-) .

About 3 months later I had the fusion. I went back to the Urog and he said my level was at a good level and it was left up to me. The shots have continued to help my energy, but my sex drive has gone to nothing. I was able to get off my Celexa for about a week and that helped, but this time it’s not helping. The depression has got worse. I’ve tried many times to get off the pain and other medicines, but that makes me worse. They allow me to get up and be able to function every day. I have a great pain Dr. I’ve noticed my testicles is much smaller and harder than they was, when I do get erection and will not mantain.
I thank God that my wife understanding with my problem. Money is very limited and I live in a small town, I have to travel about 2-3 hrs. to a true professional, if you know what I mean..  I see my GP every 3 months, he suggested is I get off my depression med for a few days break, that did work for awhile now it don't. See Urologist every 6 months, and my Pain Mang. every month.

Thank you for your answer. Looks like I need to guess see the Urologist 1st, he presc. the Test. GP the HBP, Diab 2, Depression. Pain Mang. Dr all the rest of the med. Wish I could find one that was able to handle it all. If you think of something else let me know. You was very helpfull.

Thats alot of meds and alot of surgeries. First off it is important to know your test levels. The medical range as they call normal is between 250-900. They are a joke. Males need to be near the 900 range for health and sexual desire. I went from a 200 range to 400 range on HCG and now on test shots. Only had one so far. I need 3 more before I get new results taken. I take 2cc once every 14 days at 100mg. And HCG shots 3 times a week. I can already feel a difference in my depression and anxiety being much less. But sex drive has not came back yet. Alittle bit but not where i need it to be. May need a few more shots before it kicks in.

If you taken Test shots without HCG your testicles will not make any and they will shut down fully. HCG hires more workers in your nuts and keeps you making natural test as well. They will shrink up without HCG.

So once you get your numbers on your levels. Get your doctor to prescribe HCG. Try it for 5 weeks and get tested again. Levels need to be in 900 area despite what your doctor says. It gets injected into stomach fat and is just alittle needle. very easy and painless.

Also you may want to try natural anit depressants. Nootropics. 5-http, st johns wort, cod liver oil, and maca root powder. With test shots they work great. Also don't forget diet and exercise. Also avoid hot baths and sleeping in underwear. Keep your nuts at proper temp as best you can.
