Sores inside tip of penis

After Ejaculation from masturbation, a sore or damage festers on the immediate inside of my penis canal. It gets worse after each ejaculation and over time it begins to bleed into my penis and as I urinate I clear out all the blood. During masturbation, blood has come out of my penis when it got worse. About 8 months ago, it got so bad that I could not urinate at all! After a trip to the emergency room for a suprapubic catheter along with a full Cystoscopy it was discovered that the tip of my penis had closed up. So they fixed it up and now a new sore has shown up 8 months later? I am very worried now over this. When I asked my urologist why this happened to me he said "That is just Life". I swear that is the only answer he gave me!

I am a very healthy male of 28. I have been tested for all STDs and I am clean. I have no STDs! or any sexually transmitted disease. The Cystoscopy revealed no other urinary system damage problems. No Prostate problems or any other except the dam sore on the inner tip of the penis. Also, because of the problem of 8 months ago, I now have some scarring in the canal at the tip. This whole problem is basically in the first quarter centimeter into my penis canal.

I do not have health insurance and cannot afford to keep going to urologists. I need an answer and solution so I can be back to normal health.

Any help would be appreciated.

A couple others have posted the same similar symptoms also.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,

I suggest you ask your physician again regarding the complete diagnosis of your case. He is the best person to give you an answer.Discuss with him if a lesion is present, if it was due to some injuries within the urethra that must have healed and caused some strictures, or is it just dried discharge that needs to be removed .There are other differentials but these are a few questions to guide you .

You need a good explanation so that you may be able to discuss your case with other physicians in the future in case this recurs or persist.

Keep us posted regarding your physician's advise.
