Testicle numbness

I am a 33 year old man. A couple of weeks ago I felt a slight pinching sensation at the bottom of my left testicle. The testicle then started to feel numb and I experienced some loss of sensation. It then became slightly swollen. The swelling went down and much of the sensation is back but it still is not as sensitive as my right testicle. I am very concerned and I don't see anything on the internet, this website, WebMd or any others with similar symtoms. I have also examined both testicles for lumps. The only thing I found  was a slight bulge on my left testicle was at the bottom where, when I compare it to diagrams of testicles apears to possibley be where the epididymis begins? and it is not really hard,like they describe testicular cancer in the list of symptoms on most websites. Has anyone else had a similar condition. If so please speak up.

I have been going to the doctor for a similar testicular problem. Also, sporadic sexual desire. Initially I was sent to imaging ultrasound, then to doppler ultrasound (looks at blood flow), and I believe there is another one more advanced or specific for different cases. Insist to your doctor or urologist. I think something is obstructing the blood flow somewhere.
Also, for those with possible infection there is a combo of two antibiotics. One you take for 7 days (used for urinary infections, don't recall the name) and at the same time penicillin (like-antibiotic) and it might be what you need.

On the one hand, this is an issue of great concern. However, I have learned something! Jesus' preaching was right.  To love as an action is the purpose. I know this can sound corny and random but when you don't think about sex for some time .. You start wondering.
Though, take advantage of the ability to focus a little more now that sex is not main channel in your head. Learn, learn and learn.

sir I had an accident last year before accident my both the testicles in equal size and shapes and also hang equally but after accident my left testes became and my right became small and left testes hang lower than the right when I touch push and hit on my left testicle  there is no feeling in it I pull down my left testicle very badely when I was shaving that area and I had continous pain still for two days at that time I can't go to a doctor. a little bit feeling is left in my right testicle sir I m worried about this I totally lost my eriction and sexual desire I saw it to a urologit after a six month frm a tredigy he adivise me to do some checkups like an ultrasound vitaminb12 testosterene but all the checkups are normal but my penis I still numb no plesure in it for sex and teticles are also numb like their is no testicle..!!

ive had the same thing. my testicles have lost A LOT of sensation from what they used to be. i got them checked up and the urologist just looked at me funny and kinda said "so, that's not really a problem" and he took a look and felt around and said everything was fine. but iono he could be just a quack

My scrotum has been very shrunken and tight as can be (as if I were in cold weather) they hang briefly on occasion. But now my testicles have become almost completely numb?
