What are the chances i have pgad

Hello. Im a 15 year old male and have been feeling uti like symtpoms. But after a week of antibiotics the symptoms ar still there and after a urin and blood sample the doctors didnt find anything. I have read up a rare disease called pgad and now im terrified that i might have it. I looked up the symtptoms and none of them really fit except the weird arousal in my genital area. Its not like an orgasm but like when ut starts to kick in.
Will it get better?

It’s highly unlikely you have pgad - this is a disorder that affects only women. It’s unlikely to happen to men because after several orgasms there’s generally no more response & most likely you’d just feel soreness or swelling. Irritation from a UTI can sometimes feel a little bit like sexual arousal. Not sure why the antibiotics didn’t clear this up for you, but you should see the Dr again, tell him/her you still have this, may have to run more tests or try a different treatment. It can be dangerous to try & self-diagnose via Internet, we tend to think everything sounds like our own symptoms...
