Urethroplasty recovery questions for boyfriend

Hi everyone,
My boyfriend will be having buccal urethroplasty surgery and I want to be able to help with his recovery as much as possible.
What are some things that can make recovery easier? Does he need any special support boxers after surgery? Any information is appreciated it! Thank you :)

Hi there. Surgeons and their staff are usually excellent at providing this input. They can tell you what your boyfriend can expect and what to have on hand to make it easier post surgery. While he has his catheter, it will be important for him to rest and take it easier. As his partner, prepare to pick up the slack and do much of the things he would normally do for himself or around his/your place. They do advice a jock strap for scrotal support. He should definitely limit any heavy lifting for a minimum of two weeks.
