Urinalysis result

Can u please interpret if i have a kidney problem, cause i'm gonna take creatine powder for my muscle development program?

Transparency: yellow
Reaction: Alkaline
Cells-pus: 0-2/hpf
RBC: 0-1/hpf
Epithelial cells: few
Mucus thread: few
Bacteria: rare
Phosphates: plenty

Tnx if you're gonna make me know if im gonna take creatine or not

Hello,
High phosphate levels can be due to kidney disease, hyperparathyroidism, taking too much vitamin D or bone disease like osteomalacia. For ruling out these conditions you need to get all these conditions ruled out from a physician.

You need a blood test. Creatinine and BUN.
