3 years of dark, oily, sinking urine. HELP
I'm a male in general bad health though I've only been diagnosed with hoshimotos and add/anxiety/bi-polar/ptsd.
Every single time I've urinated over the past year the urine has sunk the the very bottom of the bowl(bottom 2-3 inches). The urine seems oily or even crystally and doesn't mix with the water at all. In general it is dark with a pungent smell.
If I drink ungodly amounts of water the urine will lighten up but still sinks.
My only other ailments over this time have been weight gain, red itchy splotches on my face(that are getting worse), itchy rectum and being lethargic.
I can't find anything online about sinking, oily urine and frankly I'm getting a little scared.

Can you go to the ER? Is it painful? Are you on any medications? I am a med student and know a bit about drugs also. What is the colour of both your urine and the stones? Can you collect a sample and take it to the ER? Thet other symptoms sound like a possible reaction to psychiatric medicine, but the urine sounds worrying. Let me know
