blood & protein in urine???

My urine sample came back with some oddities and my doctor wants to repeat in November to see if it doesn't clear up on its own. I always thought uti were found this way and found it odd he didn't give me antibiotics. I never had a UTI but many of my friends have. Anyway I am a 32 year old female if that helps. And here are the things that were marked abnormal:
Color-red
Appearance-turbid
Gravity->=1.030
Protein-1plus
Glucose-trace RBC- 4-10
WBC Esterase- trace

Microscopic Epithelial cells (non renal) >10 Crystals-present
Crystal type-Amorphous sediment
Mucus threads-present

From reading online protein is really abnormal, but I can't figure out what would be a possible cause of my results. Also I was not on my period when I took this test, so I know that could not have caused these erupted. Thanks in advance.

I had another urine test and it came back normal. Kind of hoped all was well. Well a couple of weeks ago I had surgery for a bowel resection that required stints some where in my kidney. The surgeon that preformed this task found either uric acid or protien in the kidney that may lead to kidney stones. I have an appointment with him in a couple of weeks, but was curious if this new info will help shed light on what is causing my kidney issues. Thanks in advance.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Presence of RBC’s and protein in urine are not normal findings. One of the important causes for them is kidney infections or kidney causes. Blood in the urine can present in one of two ways: gross hematuria (blood that you can see in the urine), and microscopic hematuria (blood that is only seen when the urine is examined under a microscope). Both types can have serious causes.

Diagnostic tests that may be performed include Urinalysis, Urine culture, X-rays of the kidneys, Cystoscopy, IVP, Abdominal ultrasound and CT scan of the abdomen.
My sincere advice would be to consult a urologist.

I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
