Warts?

Hello,

My story is i was with one girl for the past 14 years and we broke up 5 years or so and i have not been sexual active since "truth" anyway when i was younger i noticed two small black dots on my shaft no big deal looked like little beauty marks now that i am older those two spots have grown and i am concerned like i said i have not been sexual active in a long time and wondering what it can be ? they do not hurt or itch

From what I could see on the picture, the two spots do not look like warts.

Like you say these could be birth marks or "beauty spots".

They may even be cysts.  

But as you have noticed that they have got bigger it would be wise to get them checked out by our doctor to put your mind at rest or have them removed if necessary.
