lump on both testicles?

im a 14 year old male, I don't play much attention to my testicles but i have found out that my right testicle lend to hang lower then my left and when i do exercises my right testicle does not move. today, i found out that there were lumps on both of my testicles epididymis, the left testicle seems all normal except for the lump. but on my right testicle there were more veins on top of the lump then there was on the right side. and sometimes the side of my scrotum, epididymis area and inner thigh would feel aching/discomfort. I am worried

Hi.

I have read your previous posts. I still suggest that you inform your parents about this since you need a urologist to take a good look at this. Testicular lumps may be normal structures that you have not palpated before. At this point,however we just want to make sure. I know you are worried about this. There is no definite answers at this point, unless diagnostic examinations are done to ascertain what these lumps are .

You have not mentioned of pain, swelling or redness. So this may not be epididymitis or an infection. Refrain form manipulating the area. Note any changes on the scrotum's appearance. Keep us posted for anything.
