Tips or tricks to help my husband ejaculate after a penile fracture.

After sustaning what the urologist described as a penile fracture, my husband has a difficult time ejaculating. Some times it take a him 5 minutes, other times it take a him hours. I can't complain about my energizer bunny of a husband; However my self esteem gets shot when I think I can't get him to that point of release and I hate how frustrated he can get knowing he can't for me. Are there any tips or tricks that have been noted to work? What can I do to help him get there? Anything helps.

Did the urologist offer any advice for helping your husband's penal fracture?  Since it sometimes can take your husband hours to ejaculate, discuss how long you both should reasonably go before you quit and come back to it another time, whether 30 minutes or . . . ?  The longer times could make sexual activities too much of an ordeal.  Would a handjob or oral techniques help your husband reach orgasm sooner?  Does he have any special interests such as breasts or butt that you could involve, making things more exciting for him?
