Ejaculating without orgasm but...

I have looked this up, but have not found anyone else with my certain situation. Sometimes during masturbation I will ejaculate without having an orgasm. This is usually called an "anorgasmic ejaculation". But with me I am still able to achieve orgasm after my "anorgasmic ejaculation" resulting in two ejaculations. I am a virgin so I rule out STDs. I am thinking of calling my endocrinologist, but I decided to ask here first. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hey how are you now? I’ve had the same problem since a few days ago! I don’t know what to do. I’m 23 years old.

You should talk to your doctor about this.  This can be a secondary issue to a mental health issue, a medication issue, something going on with nerves or spine.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
I can understand your concern but there is nothing wrong with you. The first ejaculation could be due to the prostatic fluids. It takes atleast 3-4 hrs to semen to form .Also during erection there is no blood supply to penis. So if after ejaculation, you try to have an erection again during a short time ,it will lead to pain.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
