Has anyone found an effective treatment for non-bacterial chronic prostatitis/

Hello,
Non bacterial chronic prostatitis is symptoms of prostatitis without a positive result after urine culture or expressed prostate secretion (EPS) culture. There is no direct treatment for this and treatment is mainly for controlling the symptoms. Medications called alpha-adrenergic blockers which help relax the muscles of the prostate gland, nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory pain killers, antibiotic course because the cause may be bacterial, diazepam , methocarbamol or cyclobenzaprine, sitz baths, self-massage of the perianal area, allopurinol ,transurethral microwave thermotherapy and surgical resection of the prostate.
