severe erectile dysfunction

I am a 31 year old male. I am suffering from ED from the last 10 years. I am currently using cialis 5mg for daily use. I used to get aroused normally while being sexually stimulated. But now i dont always get erection naturally. I have to massage the penis to get an erection, while i dont get any erection when performing foreplay with my partner. The erection  even under medication is not hard enough to perform a satisfactory intercourse. I frequently urinate atleast 10 to 15 times a day, sometimes even more. I have been diagnosed with Diabetes insipidus, Have a history of known diabtetis in my parents medical report. Please kindly suggest what should i do.

I have only recently started taking cialis, from the past 3 months. I consulted a urologist and told him about ED he prescribed paxil, but that didnt help. so i was put on cialis. The doctor also performed a penile test and established the fact that the blood flow was found to be normal after injecting in the penis. Cialis has certainly helped but the effects are not the same always. Kindly suggest what to do,please.  I hope that there is something that can help me.Thank you.

You've had ED for 10 years and taking Cialis.  I am curious what your doctor told you 10 years ago and when he prescribed Cialis.  21 was a young age to have ED.  I wonder if the body gets used to the drugs and eventually they are not so effective, and then they should not be taken on a daily basis but used only when necessary.  Your diabetes is a factor, also.  I would advise you to work with a urologist, and if you have, go to another as a second opinion.
