slight penis discomfort

While fooling around with my wife I smacked my erect penis against her. I immediately felt pain that went away after a few minutes. A few days later, I started feeling a slight discomfort on the bottom part of my penis to the head. Although I see no damage on the outside, is it possible that I bruised the inside of my penis? What should I do?

Hello,
It can be due to trauma to the penis. Apply warm compresses and avoid masturbation and intercourse for some days. Application of mild corticosteroid cream and oral antiinflammatories like ibuprofen/acetaminophen are also helpful. If the symptoms are severe then it will be best to consult a urologist to rule out any fracture.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
