Dear Smith,
I don’t think you need to see a doctor for this problem. I mentioned that this feeling occurs due to the residual semen in the urethra (the pipe which carries urine from urinary bladder to urethra). However, passing urine immediately after ejaculation decreases this feeling. This is not at all a serious problem and nothing to worry. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.

Hi,
There’s some residual semen which remains inside the urethra and is responsible for this feeling of movement inside the penis. I’ll suggest you to pass urine after the ejaculation as it has dual advantages as it not only decreases the feeling of these movements but also decreases the chances of UTI. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
