Cause of blood in semen?

Hi, I'm 20 and was surprised to have found that after ejaculating a week ago that my semen had a pink tinge and with some dark lumps that looked like blood clots. I tried again after three days if the outcome would be the same, it was and still is up to now. I have also noticed that one of my testicles seem swollen, and have a general feeling of fullness in my scrotum. There is no extreme pain or sensation, however there is a consistent mild tingly feeling in my testicles, and it has become a little uncomfortable walking around. Random also mild tingly sensation shoots up the shaft now and then. I am still a virgin so I feel most of what I read online as unlikely. Any idea of what it is or should I be concerned?
