testicle swelling
hi, within about a month or so ive noticed perhaps a small lump on my testicle through self examination.. altho ive checked all over the internet.. i belive it to be the sperm sack though i may be wrong... however my real problem is after i masterbate my testicle that i belive the bump to be on swells ... but then goes away after a little while... and its only just the 1 testicle... also i feel a sharp pain sometimes in what i belive to by my prostate area when i sneeze every so often...and i dont know if these 2 things could be related im 21 and male

Scrotal masses or lumps may be normal structures within the scrotum that may be palpated. Hoever they do warrant further evaluation by a urologist for a complete assessment. A testicular ultrasound may be able to identify which structure is involved and whether one is dealing with a cyst or a dense mass.
Continue your testicular examination, observe any changes in the lump's character and discuss your symptoms with your physician.
