why does it hurt when i masturbate

hey my name is jorge, im a 16 yo male and ive been masturbating (uncircumsized)  for a while now -years- but i had no idea that the foreskin could be pulled back past the head due to lack of sex ed classes and id rather not have this conversation with my parents so anyways ive been doing "stretches" to get the skin back for like a week now and i can see my whole head but the problem is it stings when i masturbate with the skin back and it just doesnt look normal: there seems to be extra skin attached to the part of the head where it curves down and meets the shaft. the extra skin around the head also seems to get irritated, turn red and fill up with some liquid when masturbating with the skin back. should i keep masturbating with the skin back until the extra skin seperates from the head and the pain goes away or seek medical help????????please helpppppppppppp

Hello,
Frenulum is small strip of skin that joins the glans (the head of the penis) to the foreskin like the ridge under the tongue. In frenulum breve what happens is that it can pull on the foreskin and cause it to slide forward. This pulling can be painful, especially during ejaculation, masturbation, and during intercourse. This may tear and bleed also. So it has to be removed by a small surgical procedure which I have mentioned.

Please get this possibility evaluated from a urologist.
I hope it helps. Take care and regards.

Hello,
The possibility of frenulum breve needs to be ruled out. It is a condition in which the frenulum of the penis is short and restricts the movement of the prepuce, which may interfere with normal sexual activity. It is treated by frenuloplasty, frenectomy, or circumcision. Please consult a urologist and get it evaluated.

I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
