Hibiscus tea

Today I happened to read an article about the benefits of hibiscus tea and it said that just 3 cups a day is enough to lower blood pressure by a considerable amount (how much exactly it didn't say).

Thing is, I drink various fruit and herbal teas all day, every day(I cant deal with caffeine in normal tea and plain water is just too boring). This week has been hibiscus tea week (I just buy one and go through the jar) I've probably drank like 3 gallons of the stuff at least.

To me, tea is just flavored water and I didn't expect them to have any real effect on my body. Is it safe to keep chugging that stuff or should I stay away from certain things?

Apparently Ritas6633 is selling the product. I suggest not taking that product as it contains caffeine! And caffeine doesn't agree with you!!

I can't speak for you! but I buy 3 lbs of Hibiscus at a time and drink 3 cups per day. I've been doing this for about 4-5 years. I don't have high blood pressure just figure it can't hurt. I drink it 99% of the time cold and if i'm dinning out then I'll make a teabag.
