I have done P90X - it is very well done, but also very time consuming - up to 1.5 hours a day. I felt that it was pretty easy to stick with for the first month, but then the videos became a bit repetitive. All in all, a great program though if you have the time. It does require a pull-up bar and some weights. Good luck!
Thank you, I actually have quite a bit of time to kill during the day so that isnt a problem there :) I have heard a lot of people doing P90X and not so much the ChaLean. I have also heard that P90X gets boring after a while, but if the end result is awesome thats all that matters! lol I have had one person that I know real well tell me that even though it tones up your body and helps you look better, it doesnt help you lose weight so it wouldnt be a good fit for me, but the thing I dont get is that when you tone up and lose the fat, even though you are gaining muscle, I would assume that you are still losing weight. And where the fact of what I weigh doesnt really bother me, I just want to be able to get into my size 11 jeans again! but on the other hand, my cousin who is very skinny, wants to build muscle and he did this for a month or so and said it really worked for him to gain weight, so I guess that is my dilemma. I just want to be able to wear the cute tops and my jeans without the bulge! :) I think I am going to try to talk my hubby into getting it though! Thanks a bunch!! :)
