First of all - you're not stupid! You and so many others have started this diet because of the promise of quick weight loss. But you have identified the key weakness of the diet - it requires severe calorie restriction which cannot be maintained. Your experience is so common!
Solution? Start over - but not with the HCG Diet. Stop the drops. Start eating healthier, smaller portions and get some activity. Old school, I know. But it still works :)
Did you load properly. This diet works. I am on it and I am doing fine. Nothing else worked for me. A friend of mine also lost 25 lbs on it and feels great and looks great. But loading is so important.
YOu need to load with the correct kind of food, not all carbohydrates.

I started the hcg diet 1 week ago and lost 8 pounds. But now I've realize that for the past 3 days the numbers from the scale haven't dropped. I'm getting really iritated so I know how u feel. I'm still on my 500 calorie diet. I don't understand what I'm doing wrong:(
