my weight loss

Hi doctor.
had bleedign in stool , stomach pain and alot unintentional weight loss , lost 2 stone over 10days - 2 weeeks, from 19 stone to 17 muscular frame, since then fro last 8 weeks my weiight has maintained if not increased, im a 30 year old male.
what can be cause of these symtpoms and weight loss

There are many different causes of bleeding in the stool that can be associated with weight loss.  In a younger person like yourself, one might consider infection or inflammatory conditions like Crohn's or ulcerative colitis, in addition to other causes.  I think you made the right choice by seeing your doctor about it - some medical workup is definitely appropriate in this situation - I hope all works out well and you get to the bottom of it.  Take care.

yeh already in doctors hands m8, had loads of tests so far. just thought would ask on hear aswell

I would be concerned about those symptoms and would strongly recommend you visit your doctor.  Probably fairly urgently just to be on the safe side.

The doctor is in a better position to explain possible causes, etc.
