I have recently started working a new job, i get up around 6 in the morning and am at work till around 4 when i get home. The job isn't very stressful, and the most amount of weight i have to carry is about 40lbs and the most stressing thing i have to do is pull a pallet around on a jack. This is usually constant but the pallet or the box usually don't weigh very much, its a slight occasion i'll have to lift something as heavy as 40lbs.
I don't normally eat breakfast (just a snack, or some juice) because i use to sleep till around noon, and then i'd just eat a small meal around 1-2, and i don't pack a very large lunch, maybe a sandwich or something to munch on. i normally have 1-2 sodas, one in the morning and rarely one in the afternoon. When i get home i usually eat a small meal like a personal pizza. And then around 8-9 i have a moderately large dinner and drink mostly water. i get to sleep around 11-12.
The thing that is bothering me though, is i keep having weird stomach aches. Like 2 weeks after i started the job, i started to have no appetite, and eventually it turned into this weird feeling. Its like the outside of my stomach is telling me i'm hungry but the inside of it is telling me i'm full, and anytime i eat anything it just enhances the feeling. i started noticing my stool is now looser then in the past few months, and it has become easier for me to go to the bathroom. and now a few days ago i couldn't eat ground beef, like i had to force it down, the very taste made me want to puke! and i use to love ground beef!
The whole strange thing about it is the fact that i feel better then i ever have. I was over weight before (like 30-50 pounds) and just got out of high school. Now i only have a little fat on my waist, and i can feel my muscles are bigger. I rode my bike for the first time in about 7 years, i rode it up a fairly steep incline which would have made me pass out because of an asthma attack, but i was fine, and everyone was mowing their lawns!
