Okay, it sounds like you have been in contact with your doctor and if he/she okayed no D&C, then that is your prerogative for sure.
Again, I don't really think the cramping is related to anything with ovulation. I would wait to see if you were successful when your period is due and go from there.
Best way to hit ovulation--- track your cycle and on day 10 (first day of the cycle is the first day of your period) begin having sex every other day for 10 days.

Ive been tracking my cervical mucas like my docter told me too . Ive also been doing o.p.t. we ve been trying for over a year we finely got pregnant last august and we whent oct14 for a docters appt and found out the baby died. My body passed it on the 31st. I didnt wont to have a dnc done.
Hi there. Sorry about your miscarriage in October. Hm, how are you so sure you ovulated yesterday? Women, when trying to conceive, always have great difficulty pin pointing exactly when they ovulate and that is why it can be so hard to get pregnant. But let's say that you did--- the cramping could be random. It most likely wouldn't be related to pregnancy. That's not a common symptom to be honest. So, in about a week and a half, you can take a pregnancy test and see if you were successful this cycle.
