The end of the cervix is said to feel sort of like the tip of a round nose. Is that what you're feeling?
This could simply be the opening of your cervix - it sticks out and is about that far in and feels like a bump. Go see your female helth doc and they can check - but that's prob all it it. As far as i know that is not a sign you are pregnant!
I've never heard this as being a sign of pregnancy , you should see your doctor immediately.
