Hi, women need to see an obstentrics/gynecologist or ob/gyn doctor once a year to be examined. Especially if you are talking about having a child. go to your doctor. If you've never had a pelvic exam and pap smear before, schedule this! Really what you need to do before discussing having a child.
If you are gaining wait and having longer stretches between periods, you could have a slow thyroid or hypothyroidism.
time to see your doctor. good luck
Annual pelvic exam? No i didn't. Lately I ate a lot and gain. I'm 5'4 in height, before I'm only 53kg but now Im already 55kg.
Hello and welcome. Well, are you trying for a baby and hence the unprotected sex? Lots LOTS to think about when one decides to have a baby. They are a huge commitment. Very expensive and tiring even though they are also great.
But if you are wanting a baby, yes. This is more difficult due to the irregularity of your period.
Have you had your annual pelvic exam lately?? I would schedule one and talk to your doctor. Clearly this isn't in your head as your period is acting funny. A 58 day cycle is LONG. And then spotting right after is outside of what is typical as well. You are young, so having an irregular period may be normal but if you want to have a child right now, it will make things harder. Best to enter into that with a clean bill of health from your doctor and some guidance. They may need to get you on birth control briefly to regulate your hormones again and then take you back off.
Are you under or over weight, by the way?
