Anyone have/had pelvic immflamatory diasese???????

I have been having lower pelvic pain since thursday and it has only gotten worse...I called the dr's office and he said that if i think it's not getting any better I should go to the ER. Does this sound like PID to anyone???

Hello I have had PID and the only systom i had was alot of lower abdomal pain and was rushed in to the hospital, had none of the other signs of it, it started with lil pain and then one night i could not move at all i was in so much pain. you need to have it checked out by a doctor, ASAP. don't wait.

PID usually has quite a bit of pain, fever, unusual, smelly discharge (greenish usually) and general malaise, aches, chills. Not everyone has these symptoms, but if your only having pain it is not what I would assume. Check it out with your doc.

Well if the pain took place during ur period then it could be alot of things.. i had the same thing and it ended up being a ovarian cyst...and yea it could be a lot a things the best thing to do would to go see the docter and get a ultra sound
