Hm, well, this is hard to say. Was it the first time you have given him oral or been 'this' close to his penis? Is this unusual, I personally would tell him "hey, in all seriousness, the skin on your penis is rough." Then he can address what it is. It IS skin after all. So, is this new or just new to you?
