This "New Low Level Laser" stuff does it really work? Is it safe? Or any research on the effectiveness of it? I wish to quit smoking. thanks
i.m trying to quit. I have a very stresful job. And only smoke at nite. Has anyone any ideas for me. Dont have a doctor or alot of money for things that wont work. Thx

Stop smoking is a hard addiction to over come, but can be done stay strong! I know of people who have used the patch, nicotine gum, and even hypnosis! Dh has quit for 3 years now he just quit cold turkey! GOOD LUCK TO YOU!
