I had and abortion last year and then later tried 4 a baby. i have had 3 miscarages since then and am worried that i can not have children. could the abortion have caused the miscarages?

My mom had a miscarriage last year in August and well now shes expecting again and is due in January. with this second pregnancy the doctor made it a high risk because of the previous incident. my advice to you is to have a lot of rest. Minimal stress try not to get angry and eat healthy =)

I had a miscarriage b4 and the same thing happened am worried that I'm miscarrin again has this happened 2 any1 else I'm driving myself mad don't think I can wait till Jan 2 find out

Hi I'm 7 weeks pregnant I'm not due my scan till 16th of Jan have been 2 my gp wen I was 5 weeks he didn't do any blood test just a pregnancy test up until 2 days ago I've had the usual symptoms sore breasts nausea and tiredness but now they seam 2 have stoppe

I was in a bad relationship and ended up having the abortion because my partner at the time said he would have left me. It was toataly the wrong decission and i regret it so much. shortly after that we split up. I really didnt want to have an abortion and had several appointments and couldnt face going. i found out i was expecting twins and although i would have struggled on my own i realy wish i hadnt gone through with it. My partner at the time was extreamly violent and i think i was scarred what would have happened keeping the babies.

have you been checked to see if your progesterone levels are good right after you get pregnant?  My friend miscarried once and her dr discovered that all she need was a shot and she has had no problem carrying two more.  Just a thought.  Its always hard to know what causes miscarriages, so don't beat yourself up about it.  Sometimes, we women are too hard on ourselves.

I wouldn't blame it on the abortion but anything is possibile. Can I ask you why you had one in the past? If you feel uncomfortable don't worry. Some people just have miscarriages for other reasons.

Have you been giving your body enough time to heal between miscarriages. If you don't then your body can't handle the pregnancy and that can cause another miscarriage. I would take to your doctor and find out how long it is recommended to wait.
