Bleeding after clitorus stimulation

I was suffering from PCOS from a year.
I started medications and now when i did sonography it came normal and no ovarian cyst were present. The problem is When I masterbuted using a hand shower,I start bleeding. Not that I am fingering myself or inserting something in my vagina. I just spray water on my clitoris to stimulate myself. But after one or two orgasms in the same day, blood starts coming out from my vagina. It happened a week before so i went to the doctor but i couldnt tell her that i was marturbuting since my mom was there along with me. Doctor said its normal to bleed from 12th to 15th day aftr mensuration .she said its ovulation spottingss and she didnt gave me any mediaction. Blood stopped aftr 2 days. Now i masturbuted same way yesterday and again i started bleeding. Its just little spottings and im also having cramps in my abdomen and feeling dizzy. im extreamly worried. I cannot go to the doctor and explain her the real reason as my mom always accompanies me . And im 19 yrs old and im a virgin. Is it normal or m i suffering from some disease ? Please guide. Earnest request .

I had been having similar problem ! I did ultrasound and i was diagnosed with endometrial hyperplasia. Do you have heavy period with large clots? This may be a symptom of thickened endometrium
