Im having a lot of symptoms that point to something serious; can you help?

To start off,I'm 29. I've have been having quite a few issues that seem to be steadily increasing over time period of 3 months. Some of the main symptoms are abdominal bloating, loss of appetite with nausea, fatigue, constant fever ranging from 100-104, persistent lower back and abdominal pain, severe hip pain, swollen lymph nodes on right side of body in neck/groin/under chin, and sore/bleeding/painful gums. I have endometriosis and have family history of cancers on both sides of my family. I have scheduled an appointment for gynecologist next week. What could cause all this to suddenly appear? Should I push for cancer screening givin my risk?

I don't know what the symptoms of cancer are, if any. But it does sound very serious and I think I would see someone other than just my Ob. I hope you get all the help and asnwers you're looking for and need. Seriously push for the cancer screening, then at least you'll know what to and what not to rule out. All the best!
