Conization is a surgery in which a cone-shaped tissue of the cervix is removed. You must discuss all the options with your surgeon.

No evidence of malignancy is given in the report. What does conization means?

Hello,
There are options as conization but it depends if there is any malignant change occuring in the cervix. Removal of the uterus is advised for those patients who do not desire fertility.
Did your doctor mention anything about any malignant changes ?
