Could I be pregnant? please help

My last normal period was July 4th. On July 29th I had a abnormal period and it lasted two and a half days. On August 24th I had abnormal bleeding that was a pinkish and a light red then was a reddish brownish that lasted for two days but normal length for me is five to seven days. I have outgrown jeans in the past three weeks that I could previously wear. I have nausea/vomiting at night time, I pee more frequently, I'm always tired, and my boobs are sore. I have taken three HPT two were negative and one was inconclusive. My family has a history of low hcgso most of our pregnancies don't show through urine or blood til were three months. Could it be to early to tell if I am pregnant? I do have a history of ovarian cysts but have not had one in a year and a half and my previous haven't given me these symptoms what should I do? Thanks in advance

Thank you specialmom. I'm just confused and concerned cause past cysts had the opposite effect on me I would get my period or bleed twice a month cause of them rupturing. I am going to call an ob/gyn to set up an appointment to find out what it could be. As well yes it does run through history with females in my family that it doesn't show positive until three months for some reason I learned that cause I asked my mom and she said she did the exact same thing I'm doing with me and my sister during her pregnancies. As well my sister did the same thing when she had my niece four years ago and same thing with my nephew one year ago but I'm the only female in the whole family that has had cysts so thats why I'm confused. Thank you again for your advice and welcoming me to the community :)

BTW, the outgrowing jeans is probably unrelated.  In truth, by 20 weeks I started wearing maternity clothes because I wanted to, not because I needed to.  It takes a good bit of time for a woman to show more than a hard small lump at the bottom of their abdominals in pregnancy when it is their first child.  (second kids do show earlier).  good luck

Hi there and welcome.  Well, it could definitely be a cyst or hormonally related.  But you could also be pregnant.  In truth, HCG home pregnancy tests are VERY accurate.  1 percent get a rare false negative.  While you read stories here, statistics show that most women do indeed get a positive result every time they are pregnant with the home pregnancy test.

since you say that there is some sort of family history, I would call your ob/gyn and ask to be seen and take a test in the office.

good luck
