25 yr old, i went off the pill 3 months ago. this would be my thried pieod without the pill. thursday i started having brown discarge with some lumps. than on freiday some blood very little. and than turned back to brown again. sat and sunday i had more brown. by sat night it all came to a stop. monday i had very little white discharge and today nothing. i belive my last pieod was oct. 20th so im due to start today. iv taken 2 pegnacy test and both are negitive. iv called the dr and have made an apt. for firday for a pap, im due for one anyway. my pieods are always on time nice and heavy and 5 days long. this is unusal for me. i keep wondering what is going on. is it something seriouse or was that my piord. i wish some one would have this happen to them once befor and tell me that its a normal thing. i mean if it were cancer the brown discarge would have keept going and i would have pain of some sort. any one have any thoughts would be nice

It sounds like your body is adjusting to coming off of the pill. Since the BC regulates everything - it will take a while for your body to get back on a normal cycle. Def. see your doctor & voice your concerns... but i know when I first went on the pill, then changed there was some adjustment time. I'm still on the pill now and towards the end have brown discharge when it's fading - I think that's pretty normal.
Good luck
