Spotting for almost 2 weeks and no period

I've been spotting for almost two weeks but my period doesn't come. I started spotting light pink on Monday March 16 and only when I wiped. On Tuesday March 17 I started spotting brown and had to wear a pad but didn't fill it much the next two days after that I spotted brown on and off but only when I wiped. On Friday March 20th I had to wear a pad because I did start bleeding a deep red color but very light flow and mostly when I would go use the restroom. The next day Saturday March 21st I was not bleeding but just went back to spotting a light red/pink  on and off when wiping. From Sunday March 22nd to Wednesday March 25th I only spotted a  brown color on and off again when wiping. Then on the evening of March 25th I did release deep red blood when I used the restroom but just once, the rest of the night I spotted brown again when wiping, the next day on Thursday March 26th the same thing happen in the day I spotted brown and in the afternoon I started bleeding red, I did wear a pad but it didn't fill it, it was a super light flow, I would go to the restroom and wipe red blood but that same night the blood just went away and I started spotting off and on again when wiping. Friday March 27th I spotted on and off again first a light red then brown all day when wiping, that night before bed I went to the restroom and did release blood but today Saturday March 28th I just went back to spotting brown on and off when I wipe. I don't spot every time I go to the restroom just sometimes. Today however, I'm spotting less than the other days. I've been like this for almost two weeks and my period doesn't come. I don't use birth control or any other medication.

At first I thought it could have been implantation bleeding but I think I just let that get to my head because of the research I did indicated it could be implantation bleeding but I haven't had sex and I don't remember having sex. Last time I spent the night at my boyfriend's house was last month February 14th we had some drinks, and I do remember laying with him in bed, him on top of me but we were clothed, I don't remember taking my clothes off and having sex with him, no matter how many drink I have had I would have remember having sex with him. I've been wanting to wait to have sex and he knows that and I don't think he would have taken advantage of me when I fell asleep either way I would have felt it and woken up.

Either way that was February 14th of last month and on that same month on February 19th I started spotting brown when wiping for like 4-5 days and then I did get my period for like three days which is shorter than I usually get it and that  flow was less heavy than my regular periods but it wasn't a light flow either I did have to wear pads for those three days and a least one pad will get full each day.

I usually start my periods with a light brown spotting but only for the first day and by the next day I get my period. I don't know why I've been spotting for so long this month. I should have gotten my period on February 23rd or latest by February 26th but now it seems more like it's just going away.  I was irregular a few years ago where I would get my period like every three months but it has been like 2-3 years that I became regular. What can be going on? why am I spotting for so long and very lightly?

I know it's dumb to worry that I could be pregnant I hihghly doubt that because as I said earlier I don't remember having sex, and if I did it would have been Feb 14 but that same month I got my period, I think I'm just letting it get to my head but the research I've done indicates that it's implantation bleeding. Please help in knowing what can be going on.
