Cuts on my vagina?

I've noticed recently (over the past couple of months) that when i have sex, or pleasure myself it's really painful. With my old boyfriend it was nearly impossible to have sex because it was that painful (we had sex twice i think) - he was only my second - I'd only ever had sex once before him.
However, with my new boyfriend (long distance), it's possible for us to have sex once (on the off chance twice not too far apart) but then it sometimes hurts like a ***** again for the next 1/2 days sometimes just hours (Its not rough either).
Recently when i touch myself down there, not necesarily to pleasure it really hurts and stings after when i pee (to the point the only way i can calm it is to cover a pad with sudocrem and sit akwardly to get through the pain barrier?) Though im not sure that this does any good, it does stop it from hurting when i pee and to move around though.
This has been going on for a while, and i've always passed it off as nothing as i can't really talk to my parents about this. Im only fifteen, and they only just found out i have a boyfriend so.. also, My doctor used to be a parent to some children at my mums work, so i feel like i can't talk to her.

HELP. i really want to know what to do and how to solve it, and what it is, without having to talk to my mum or doctor (that'd be my last resort)

Hello, Thankyou for replying. Whats the best thing i could do without going to see a doctor? There isn't a rash as such, its just very sore and stings occaisionally..

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
These cuts look like to be due to chafing skin. You can apply some calamine lotion at the rash as it will help in soothing the skin. Also wear cotton undergarments. Application of mild corticosteroid cream and oral antiinflammatories like ibuprofen/acetaminophen are also helpful. Also try indulging in plenty of foreplay before intercourse.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing
