See a doctor to be sure it is not a thyroid issue or other medical reason, and if not, ask the doctor for a good diet to follow.

Hi i have struggled with my weight for years, at one stage i was weighting in at 6 stone at a height of 5tf7 and my bmi was 14.5 so i was very underweight but the gp never did anything for me i was unhappy for at least 10 years being bully thoughout school and adult years. I was even unable to conceive.
Finally after much research via internet i came across a tablet called PERIACTIN 4MG i work in a pharmacy and i didnt even know about it and its only a antihistamine but at the time i started to take them back in 2009 u could buy them over the counter but u have to get them from ur gp now anyway WOW 3 and a half stone i gained i loved it so i was 9 and a half stone yay! if u get some only take one tablet at night before bed.
i can now not take them as i have liver damage now due to a hospital overdosing me with meds while i was pregnant please take alook at my profile ur see what happened under the post (help traumatic experience) im now losing weight fast and im so unhappy with this :( x
