Discharge in replacement of my period...WHATS WRONG?

I'm 16 years old and had unprotected sex with my boyfriend for the first time so I took the morning after pill and got my period a week later but it only lasted for one day and I haven't had it since.
Its been 4 months since my last period and my last normal period was october 10th. My boyfriend and I had sex on october 20th, took the morning after pill the 21st, got my period on the 27th and now its janurary 14th
Instead of my period I just get constant abnormal discharge. It doesn't have a strong odor but it changes from thick to thin and I always feel like I'm weeing my pants and I change my undies 2 times a day and wear panty liners 24/7 which is a pain! I got checked for chlamydia and gonorrhoea and don't have either of those and I'm not pregnant so I don't know what's wrong!?
My previous period dates are below:
April 5th-8th
August 2nd-5th
September 6th-7th
October 9th-10th
October 27th (due to morning afterpill)

PLEASE HELP! :(

Hi,
How are you? It is good that initial pregnancy and std tests were negative. Irregular periods may indeed occur during the first few years after the start of menstruation due to hormone issues. Taking the morning after pill may even be contributing to this hormone changes. If it persists, you may also benefit from further evaluation by your gynecologist. Other gynecological conditions such as secondary amenorrhea or pcos may be ruled out. Take care and do keep us posted.
