I would recommend talking to your OB about how you have been taking the morning after pill excessively, and also to discuss more reasonable birth control options. Plan B is considered "emergency contraception" and definitely isn't something that should be taken as a routine birth control method.
Here's some important info about Plan B for you to read:

The Plan B pill, especially how you've been taking it, is a likely culprit for almost everything you list in your OP. Talk with your doctor, and come up with a more reasonable plan. Keep your doc informed of how you're feeling too, okay? If you're feeling suicidal, you need to seek help immediately.
Best to you, update us when you can!
thank you ladies.

Have you also had a history of depression? Have you reached out for help through counseling? In my experience with anxiety and depression, I initially felt very isolated and did not believe anyone could understand what I was experiencing. Once I sought help, I improved greatlyand begun to understand what exactly I was going through...just remember that you are not alone with this.
Hi. Why are you taking morning after pills that frequently? Are you not able to afford regular birth control pills? Morning After Pills are the likely source of your mental health woes. The morning after pill messes up your cycle just using it once, I can only imagine using it frequently. It may take about 2-3 months to get your cycles back on track but with a year of use it could be up to 6 months. Do you have access to an OBGYN or Planned Parenthood to help you with getting your hormones back on track and a better BC method?
