Fissure Help

I was recently told a few things to try to help with the vaginal fissures. I was just told this so I can't say if they work yet or not....but I thought I'd share with you ladies.

1) Get your hormones tested.
2) Go without panties whenever possible.
3) Get PLAIN yogurt and rub down there. (yep, down there) & you can even rub it on your guy.
4) Burts Bee Apricot Baby Oil.
5) Get tested for herpes.

the other thing that helps with fissures is to sit in a hot tub every night for a week with a mixture in the tub consisting of 1/4 cup each of baking soda and cornstarch.  Get out of the tub, pat dry, and use a hair dryer on the cold setting to dry well.  Then pat cornstarch on the area.  It keeps it dry without the scents and stuff to irritate it all over again.
