Should I take a pregnancy test

Usually my period is a heavy flow for seven days recently it was 3 days late it was a light flow and only for four days. Two days later I had a pinkish discharge and about a week later I noticed cramping like I was on my period what should I do please help?

It sounds like you had a period, but it never hurts to test.

If you aren't pregnant, and continue to have these symptoms, see your doctor. Any number of things could be causing them, and only an exam/tests will be able to determine what they are.
